Charles Thomas Pinner is the 3rd generation of
his family that has continued in the construction industry for over 85 years.
His Grandfather started out as a masonry and general contractor out of a small
storefront in

both brothers have their own successful construction companies. Chuck’s son
Ryan Pinner has showed an interest in the business and would be the 4th
generation in succession. As did Arthur, Jack and Chuck, Ryan will learn the
“complete” business starting from the bottom up.
CTP
Construction specializes in Public Works and Governmental Projects. They are a
small business emphasizing the construction of projects $5 to $15 million. Some
